Description: C3850-NM-2-10G | Cisco 10G Ethernet Network Module | 3850 |2 Port The Cisco 3850 Two-Port 10G Ethernet Network Module(C3850-NM-2-10G) is an expansion module designed for the Cisco Catalyst 3850series switches to add additional 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports to the switch. The module is designed to fit into the switch's expansionslot, which is located on the back of the switch. It has four slots, two slotson the left side support only 1 G SFP modules and two slots on the right-sidesupport either 1 G SFP or 10 G SFP modules. Although there are 4 ports on themodule, only 2 of them can be active at one time. The module is hot- swappable and can be easily installed orremoved without having to power off the switch. It also supports variousfeatures, such as Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP), which allows theports to be combined into a single logical interface for improved bandwidth andredundancy. The module also supports Jumbo Frames, which can increase thethroughput of large data transfers. Features: 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports Designed for Cisco Catalyst 3850 Series Switches. Hot- swappable.
