Genuine Nikon EG-D1 Audio Video Cable 5' D1, D1H, D1X

Description: This is a new EG-D1 cable that shipped with the Nikon D1, D1H and D1X camera bodies. I believe that it's the same as the EG-D2 cable. The PC (2.5mm) end is black on this cable and it's yellow on the EG-D2 cable. The ferrite block (ring, core, filter, choke) is also different. That piece is supposed to suppress noise transmission that could affect image display quality. I don't know if that would matter if using this cable on a later model of Nikon digital camera than the D1 series.
