Description: This listing is for a built 40% hotswap IDOBAO ID42 Abacus keyboard kit with GMK Bento R2 Traditional base kit and Sakana 40s add-on (space bars and mods for small keyboards). MSRPs for these items were: - Bento R2 Traditional Base Kit $89 - Sakana 40s Add-On $60 - Idobao ID42 ~$120 - Kailh Mute Box Jades ~$32 ~$300 total For ease of storage I’ve put the unused remnants of the Sakana 40s add-on into the spaces previously occupied by the alphas in the original base kit packaging. For example, you can see 2x2u white spacebars in the trays even though those are not part of the base kit. That’s why these trays look full despite the alphas and some 40s mods being on the keyboard. The GMK add-on packaging is famously poor (a plastic wrapped tray with no lid!), so I didn’t bother keeping it. The keyboard is in like new condition; I never used it after the build was complete because I realized 40% is a bit too small for me. If you prefer other switches, you can easily pull these switches from the hotswap board and pop in your preferred switches.
