Description: Vintage 1960s Gretsch round badge model 4160 chrome over brass snare drum with die-cast hoops. Fully disassembled, cleaned and polished. Player grade, fully functional. Brand new Attack reso head. Batter Remo head in good playable condition. Pearl snare wires. Condition notes: - Moderate pitting on hoops and lugs - Throw-off and butt plate not original, lever has some chrome peeling - Small dents and scratches on shell - Looks to be a little out of round (not visually obvious) on the reso side - some pressure needs to be applied when fitting the head. Batter head fits pretty easily, but somewhat snug. This is a known issue for these shells since they are pretty malleable as they are pretty thin - Muffler adjustment knob replaced with a tension rod, for some reason it didn’t stay in place when screwed in the muffler bolt (odd, since all pieces look to be original). I will be including the knob with the drum in any casе
