(1903 - 1991). 1956 graduated from the Art Academy of the Latvian SSR, studied with P. Lyubomudrova. Just right after graduation, began to study the socio-political and health education posters. Worked in the publishing house "Izogiz", "Fine Arts", "Soviet Artist", "Poster Map". Collaborated with publishers "Health Education" and "DOSAAF" (late 1950s-1970s). 1957-1958: Worked on film posters in the "Reklama Film". More than thirty years R. Suryaninov worked in "Agitplakat" USSR Union. 1969-1980: Collaborated with the studio of visual agitation in Agriculture of the RSFSR.
