NEXT OWNER COULD REWIRE AND UPDATE AS DESIRED, WIRING IS NOT BRITTLE TO OUR TOUCH AND IT HAS A PLUG AND SWITCH NOW AT END OF ELECTRICAL CORD -- FAMILY USED THIS IN OUR COTTAGE IN THE 1970'S - AS IS, AS SHOWN in pictures with black background - Really Nice - look at the superb workmanship -- this pretty lamp has age with some typical evidence of such, looked great in our place eons ago, a noted period decorator did the 1920's home. Highly valued antiques, yet functional and pretty lamps. Next owner will need to add bulbs etc! Most grand classic decorative items- see pictures. Beautifully crafted. No longer made like this, this set could be passed along for generations to use. All this was stored away and next owner will get to finish cleaning/tightening/polishing 'em up more or have professionally restored if desired.
