Description: Ideal 1970 African American Velvet 15” Crissy Family grow hair dolls Velvet is 15” tall, dark brown sleep eyes with full soft lashes. She is wearing her original ’Tagged’ purple mini dress, with white trim and lavender T strap flats. This velvet is the solid body original version. r shoulders, hips & neck swivel for posing. Her long black hair grows & retracts as it should by using the tummy button and knob on her back. I retracted it about 1 inch to make sure, but did not want to do it all the way and mess it up. I am sure she was played with prior to ending up in my Mother’s estate doll collection which is smoke free & pet free for the last 30+ years, but over all she is in very nice condition. There are some minor scratches on the backs of her legs & a scratch on her chest (see photos) otherwise she is in over all very nice condition.
