This book was bought new, as a spare, and is new and factory sealed. I believe this is the first printing, but I'm unable to open it to be sure. It overall is in nice condition, but the plastic wrap was loosely sealed in some parts, especially on the bottom part mainly. The spine corners are very nice, but there are wrap tears in some of the other corners and a bump to one corner as well. The sealing was not fully closed on the top and bottom too. Please see the pictures, as this is how it came new when I bought it and was done in their packaging process. It's a very nice book!It is approximately 330-350 pages I believe, but I've had a hard time finding online exactly. It is approximately 6.7 x .6 x 10.2 inches. If exact measurements are needed, please message me. It weighs about 1.5 pounds.Please judge the photos carefully for yourself. It looks very nice in person in my opinion.
