This Coin has a Proof Like appearance with Cameo effects in the design, but after 10 years of movement in the rolls there will be some light imperfections around his head such as light scratches or rub marks.... These Pre-Covid coppers were made at the oldest Mint in the USA, the "OSBORNE MINT". A Quality copper that you just do not see these days. The scan is a standard "BU" coin from a Vintage mint roll, This design has since been DISCONTINUED....
