Description: Here we have 4 kits of Japanese quality Keyster presision works carburetor kits for your classic Kawasaki. (for overhaul of 4 carburetors) This should be needed when you upgrade your Mikuni carburetors for the specified vehicle. Remember to use only original Mikuni or KEYSTER replacement parts for the best performance. Take the time to check over and clean your carbs and get it renewed and tight. PLEASE NOTE ABOUT COMPATIBILITY: This kit should be suitable for Kawasaki KZ900/ Z1 1973 and 1974 model year. (some refer to Z1 / early Z1A) The Z1 / KZ900 changed carburetor set up several times from the start in 1973 to the end of the model series. Please check your manual or the carburetor and any other sources and compare with the content and pictures in this listing. If any doubt, please ask. Not all parts in this kit will fit a 1975 Kawasaki Z1B; The pilot jets and the float bowl gaskets will not fit CONTENT (each box): The main jet size should be checked against the other settings, air filter, exhaust chambers and cylinder oversize. If you have Sport Air Filters, you will normally need to increase the mainjet size. The same for Expansion chambers. To small main jet could give lean gas mixture and cause overheating and seizure. Please verify the set up by yourself by searching other references as well. Nice to have after a rebuild, repair or inspection! Happy bidding!
