Description: This is a really lovely Large Size clay Kitty Cat Figure that has been hand painted with Parrots a Stork and flowers all over it's body. This piece is all handmade, hand painted and Burnished in the pottery tradition called bruñido by an artist who signs his work "Mera" from Tonalá in Jalisco Mexico. Please note that there will be imperfections on this piece. This is the nature of hand crafted items and is very common for pieces made in Tonala. This Box is a wonderful example of Mexican Folk art and Ceramic traditions from Jalisco Mexico. This is a newly made piece and is in perfect condition and is signed on the bottom.
