If YOU combine the items yourself and do not wait for a combined invoice you will not receive a refund. If you pay for multiple items individually they will be shipped individually. There will be instances where it is unsafe to ship items together and I will address that on a case by case basis. Typical handling is 1-2 business days and in most cases items will be dropped at the post office on the day I upload tracking if before 5 or the next morning if labels are printed after 5 pm PDT.
