Sheath throat is Marked PWH US M8A1 GiBayonet SHEATH. Fit GI M3,M5,M6,M7, ect. bayonets Vietnam era or newer into the 1980s. Solid & Functional. None have a shoelace. Some have Green around rivets and other hardware. Wipes off with oil. webbing is pliable. I randomly photographed several samples. No major issues.For a 6 5/8" long blade, or so.
