The locomotive is built with a durable and intricate very detailed plastic top shell mounted on a heavy diecast chassis. It has a very powerful engine which is digitally controlled and runs on analog as well as digital Marklin systems.I tested it on my analog as well as on my digital trainset and it did run very smooth and silent including the light function, which works directional in digital operation. The digital decoder is set to # 78 and is easy to adjust via its dipswitches.When I carefully inspected this Locomotive I lubricated the engine, transmission and axles. It's ready to go.
