Description: This is a brand-new release (released November 22nd, 2024) of the Beatles' first-ever album released by Capitol Records in the USA. This is a Target store exclusive pressed on beautiful opaque 180-gram blue vinyl; the color of the vinyl matches the blue in the words "Meet The" on the front cover of the jacket. I will ship this inside a Bags Unlimited Mighty Music Mailer, one of the best -- if not the best -- record album mailers there is. This greatly reduces any chance that the album jacket will be dinged/dented during transit to the buyer. This is the first time in decades that this album is available on vinyl as it sounded when originally released in 1964. This is a mono pressing that includes all of the reverb, compression, and whatever else Dave Dexter of Capitol Records did to the master tapes sent over from the UK. Therefore, this pressing will sound very familiar to those who were introduced to the Beatles with this album 60 years ago. Target is the only retailer allowed to sell this blue-colored LP in the USA; from what I have seen, each Target store only received a couple of copies of this album because it was pressed in limited quantity, so I assume it will sell out quickly.
