Description: I made this gourd many years ago as my primary instrument, used in many, many peyote meetings. It is made from a rosewood stick with an inlayed silver Waterbird and silver Alter, and an inlayed Morningstar, which is a diamond in a gold setting. It is a big mouth gourd. It sounds really good. This is a gourd to be passed down through the generations. But now I am old and crippled and can't get to many meetings any more. I'm trying to feed my family on a tiny social security payment, so I need to start passing along the things in my box to the younger generation.
