The pink glass is fired in my kiln to obtain the beautiful raspberry color. This stained glass hummingbird suncatcher is made of hand cut glass. The pieces are individually cut, ground, wrapped in copper foil, and soldered. I then used black patina on the solder lines and waxed the glass to shine. The beak is hand crafted from copper tinned wire. It comes ready to hang with a sturdy hook and clear line. Each bird is unique as they are all handmade. The bird you receive may have minor differences. This suncatcher will look great in any window or as a decoration anywhere you choose to hang it. The pictures show what this bird looks like in a sunny window and against a flat background. This item is made from real glass and will not fade.
