This is a very rare example of something completely New Old Stock that just opened and intended to be sold to mass market but was not. The box is in great condition, as clearly evident in the pictures provided. I am not an expert of this era of toys; my expertise is antique toys from 1880-1950. That said, I am currently helping a family friend with his living estate of Hess trucks, Nylint, Matchbox, Winross, NASCAR diecast, etc. This collection is located in the Pocono area of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
