Original Browns Beach Jacket Vintage Perfect Condition

Description: This is an original Brown's Beach Jacket. It is not a reproduction, its the real deal.From the people who have seen it in person, they say its one of the earliest examples they had ever come across.It has been in my possesion for a few years, kept in a garment bag. In a pet free, smoke free, and of course climate controlled home. It has zero defects, no tears, no scuffs, no stretching of the fabric in any place. Perhaps it could be said that the elbows look like it was worn once or twice. It has the tag still from a dry cleaning place, probably 100 years ago, tucked under the right arm.Thre buttons are perfect, no scratches.This jacket looks like it is brand new. I can honestly say its one of the most beautiful, and well built garments I have ever owned. I have never worn it. I have taken it out from time to time to show at various art/ vintage/ historic events here in El Paso Texas.It has been kept out of the sunlight, and has no scent of any sort. People would want to touch it, but ive always kept people from grabing it or picking it up. the only hands that have touched it over the last ten years are mine. There are very very few perfect items in this world, and this is one of them.This belongs in a museum. It belongs in the home of a collector who can appreciate it.
