The painting is an original work of art oil painting of a nature landscape of the woods with trees and a creek or stream (see photos). The painting is painted on canvas (see photos). The painting is framed in a wood and gesso picture frame. The painting is signed by the artist: Eberhard Althoff of Austria (see photos). The painting is from an estate liquidation. This painting framed measures in total about 33 inches high, and it is about 45 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 24 inches high, and it is about 36 inches wide framed. The picture frame is in as found as is estate condition. I assign no value in the transaction to the picture frame. The picture frame has some cracks and losses to the decorative gesso applied decorative elements on the wood picture frame. The picture frame has obvious losses, some obvious wear, and will likely have additional losses occur during shipping (see photos). The painting has some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
