Fantastic postmodern Kovacs/Memphis Design Group (Herda Amsterdam Style) inspired desk lamps from the 1980's Matte black dual post design with angular flying saucer vented shade and weighted base. Beautiful blue glass circular accent at the bottom rim of the shade. Halogen bulb, manual dimmer control. Max 50 watt bulb recommended. Shades are 10" diameter Height is 15" (Base is slightly higher on one lamp because of thicker pedestal padding. Felt pad could be added to the other to compensate for the slight height difference) Great accent pieces for any office or desk area that needs additional lighting. Would also be perfect for bedside tables. ***Minor signs of wear consistent with age - slight cosmetic differences (see description) - one is in excellent condition. The other works but needs repair to the cord and dimmer switch, easy fixes.
