Generic white sleeve with no other insert materials. The album is in near mint condition. It looks barely played. I can't see any imperfection, and when I dropped the needle, it was dead quiet. I feel like you'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner copy. The jacket is in great condition, with slight wear and sticker residue in one spot front and back (see pic 4).
