Description: Up for sale is a Plano model 451 extendable rod protector tube. It is pre-owned, but still in very good condition. The foam in the lid and leather tie show that it was probably stored in a closet most of its life., though there are some light scuffs and scratches overall. The tube extends from 23" to 39" in 3" increments. The tube length locks in place with a collar. The lid is lockable. There's a carry handle.
