Description: I think this originally came with wings and a head piece, but this listing is for the dress only. Lights work but it does seem to take 10-15 seconds for them to light up after Turing switch on- maybe needs new batteries soon? One layer in the back has some holes as shown in photos. Since there's multiple layers it's really not noticeable but I was looking for flaws to note for listing.
