Description: 2009 S Proof set (Clad) Puerto Rico quarter have an error called Reverse Struck Thru error that I seen before on a coin that I purchased and sold and realized 3 others has the same error certified by NGC the difference is that the one I had before it was certified by NGC this one i found it in a proof set . Here I have proof of the one I had and the one in the set plus the cents on my proof set all have rainbows in them and colors on the other side in the center beautiful set . The last photos shows the one I bought before and the others that where certified. Am selling the complete proof set.
