Description: Great Yellow Ware antique American Colander! The bottom of the colander includes 20 holes arranged in a snowflake pattern and there are a series of holes arranged in diamonds around the side of the bowl, towards the bottom (all of these holes appear to have been hand drilled or pushed). There is an extra 2 holes near the rim so that it can be hung by a cord. Measures approx 9.5” in diameter and 4 1/4” H. No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. At most, there are some very faint glaze lines on the bottom and a very tiny faint 1” long hair line visible only at certain angle.
