It is used and in nice shape with just minor normal use wear (see pictures). It has a little scuff on the back of the ghost cape (I point to it in the pictures and attached video). Not sure if that is just how it was made but I wanted to point it out. Aside from that, it is in great used shape (see pictures). The item is about 13 inches tall to the top of the pumpkin stem (see pictures). The Bethany Lowe tag is attached (see pictures). There is a little scuffing on the bottom of the base.
