Description: For sale is my copy of the very first Chicago Sun Times on Sept. 11, 2001 I worked morning radio out of Chicago's Merchandise Mart. This was the newspaper when I arrived at work at 4:30 AM on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2001 Surreal to see a Michael Jordan front and back page story underneath the most iconic date in world history. Each page is a snapshot of the world we knew moments before. A truly unique memento from that day. Apart from that morning, I have never seen another one of these. Either by someone I know or for sale. The rarity and collectibility of this cannot be overstated. There are two small tears (roughly 1" and 1/2") on top back page which affects 4 back pages. There is also one page that is missing a small piece from top left corner. See pictures. Newspaper has all sections, complete and in excellent condition.
