We will notify you with the return tracking number when it is ready to ship back. We do test each module before repairing it to verify the problem but all functions cannot reasonably be bench tested. In the event that your module is not defective we will notify you and discuss how you would like to proceed. Many customers choose to have the module "repaired" as a preventative measure which would mean replacing the parts that are known to fail. If not a partial refund will be issued depending on the amount of testing required and to cover return shipping costs. In the rare event that your module is not fixable, a refund of $350.00 will be issued. The remaining $50.00 is for our testing and shipping cost back to you.
