Description: This binder holds 11 x 8.5 inch paper. One of the brass corners has a scratch, see photo. The inside liner has some printing on it, maybe an undried paper was placed inside causing the printing to rub off see last photo. One tiny white dot on the backside. Opening and closing of the rings works perfect. Made in the USA. Overall this item is in great condition, it may be vintage I am not sure. Check out my other items I do combine shipping.
