Description: This is an extremely rare stone lithograph cigar box label produced by Heppenheimer & Maurer in the 1870s. It was produced to celebrate the 1876 Centennial Exposition as can be seen in the photo of the matching inner label. This listing is for the smaller outer label only. I sold the matching inner label many years ago for around $1000. The label measures approx 4" x 4" the edges have been trimmed down to the image area but the entire image area is present.
