Description: DESCRIPTION - This is a lovely dress with a black fitted overdress by my favourite maker. US size 12 so approximately UK 14-16. really 3 outfits in one. the underdress is silk lined in scarlet silk with celestial clouds embroidered on it. It has fine silk shoulder straps and elastic at the top of the bodice.. there is a rear zip. This could be worn alone but is designed to fit under the overdress/coat that comes with it. This is black, fitted with a high mandarin collar. The side slits on this go to the top of the hip and are topped with a frog fastening. They show off the underdress. Again it is lined in silk, this time black silk. I would wear them together for a party but I would also wear the overdress over a pair of jeans or trousers for a more casual look. MATERIAL - under dress is 100% silk lined in silk. over dress heavier fabric in black 65% wool 35% silkLAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS - dry clean onlyCONDITION - very good only flaw been able to find is, strain on inner seams over abdomen.
