I purchased this mask almost 15 years ago and it has been stored on a headform and been on display ever since. It was worn once by me. It is is excellent condition. Latex is still nice and pliable. No cracks in latex. Would make a great Haloween mask or an awesome display piece. If you plan to wear it, I can try to get some dimensions but I would imagine it'd fit just about anyone just fine. I do not remember who made this mask but I know it has a makers' mark stamped on the back if you'd like to try and look it up.
