Decal has NO background color. Detailed instructions included with each order. The Black and or Red Crystal is a Holographic Vinyl that changes color with the light. I also do custom decals. Improper application is not covered under any type of warranty and does not warrant free replacement. This means once a decal is applied it can no longer be returned or replaced. Must submit pictures of the decal showing any defects for replacements. WARNING, after decal is removed from the white or blue wax backing paper IT IS YOURS, we will not refund or replace. All decals can be made larger or smaller upon request.
