Song of Ice and Fire Hardcover Set 1-4 Lot by George R R Martin (Game of Thrones

Description: For sale is a hardcover lot of the first four books in George R.R. Martin’s “The Song of Ice and Fire series,” featuring their original, out-of-print dust jackets. Included in this lot are “A Game of Thrones,” “A Clash of Kings,” “A Storm of Swords,” and “A Feast for Crows.”. All four novels are book club editions. The dust jacket for “A Game of Thrones” is a little chewed up around the top of the spine, with several tears/ small chunks missing out of it. There’s some wear/wrinkling along the top and bottom edges. Corners of the book are bent, and the bottom right corners slightly split open.. There is a small stain on the bottom page edges, and some staining on the inside of the jacket where it folds over the top of the spine. Top and bottom of the spine is slightly rounded. Overall, this copy remains in good condition. A Clash of Kings’ jacket has some wrinkling along the top edge, front and back. Page edges have a few stains and smudges, but otherwise, this book is in very good condition. A Storm of Swords was badly water damaged. Nearly all the pages are swollen and wavy and the entire text block is creating a kind of accordion effect within the boards. The dust jacket has some noticeable edge wear, mostly around the top and bottom of the spine, where stress-marks and near-tears have taken the print off in several places. Back cover also has some rips/ stress marks. Overall, this is an acceptable reading copy. A Feast for Crows has a couple tears on the dust jacket, one o the top right corner of the front cover where it wraps around to the inner flap, and a small one at the bottom of the spine near the back cover. There’s also a small stain on the bottom of the spine that looks like it might be dried sticker residue. The inside fly leaf where the map of Westeros is painted has a blue stamp that reads “Berryille Graphics, Not For Resale.”. The page edges have also yellowed noticeably. Overall, this book remains in good condition.
