Description: Lovely original copy of the classic 1958 LP of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture conducted by Antal Dorati on Mercury Living Presence stereo SR-90054. Original colorback cover with FR-10/FR-9 in the runoffs. The disc is lovely with only a few superficial scuffs that don’t affect the play. Plays flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover has a touch of wear at the lower edge, where there is a 2.5” seam split, but not too bad. Almost perfect aside from that. An overall gorgeous disc and cover… And what sound!
