We have incorporated Cordura(R) positive locking cord in the hats adjustable chin cord for its strength and locking characteristics especially useful during water operations and extreme weather. The cord adjuster has been specifically selected due to it's light weight, butile rubber like feel, easy adjustment and low impedance when stowed. Bilaterateral metal vents ensure breathability during hot weather. The Tech 1 Boonie brim offers a large radius providing ample sun protection with a medium stiffness it maintains protection in all weather conditions. A classic boonie shape is complemented by a narrower front crown allowing comfortable wearing on multiple head shapes. Dual wall construction has been meticulously thought out providing a more durable product for continued use. Sizing: Hat sizes are measured by the circumference around your head just above the ears.
