The cover shows heavy wear with some scratches, scuffs, small rips, bends, and edge wear. I saw markings in a few places. On the presentation page, on the abbreviations page towards the front, and on the family history pages a bit past the center there are pen marks. The rest of the pages all appear unmarked. A few pages have some minor stains on them. There is moderate wear, scratches, scuffs, and marks to the outer edges of the pages. There are some pages towards the front with some bumpiness/waviness on them from humidity/water. There are a few others scattered throughout. The pages are yellowing. The binding is curling at the inner edge and is still sound. It's a rough copy, though it is still completely usable. See the photos for more details. Please message me with any questions or issues.
