The actual SOUND here is sublime as you feel you are in the room as the tune is being written and sung for the first time! Of course. " My Generation ", is THEE anthem for many millions of teenagers and even today it is relevant and makes most other rock bands pay tribute to true genius as Townsend remains a spokesman for the disenfranchised! Like the follow up , " We Won't Get Fooled Again ", Townsend is always on the side of the James Dean in all of us rebels WITH a cause because, unlike his Peers, not only did Townsend survive , but with Rock Music as his religion, THRIVED!!
