Toshiba Satellite Laptop C55-C5270 8GB 1TB HDD

Description: PLEASE READ ENTIRE CONTENTS BEFORE PURCHASE Description: Toshiba Satellite Laptop model C55-C5270 being sold as-is for parts or repair. Laptop features Intel I3 4005U processor, 1.7 GHz, 8GB Ram, 1TB SATA HDD, Bluetooth, camera, and wireless. Does NOT come with power cord. Computer will not upgrade to Windows 11. One of the cumulative updates will not load which is a common problem with Windows. Sometimes it just fixes itself or there are work arounds. Computer has been reset and all other updates have been done. Condition This is a used laptop that boots up and works when plugged in. The battery is either dead or my universal adapter would not charge it (assume the battery is dead). The plug-in port is damaged and previous owner repaired it with what looks like JB Weld. It functions with a power adapter, but it is not as snug a fit and it can pop out if the computer is moved/bumped. The screen has one very minor blemish that looks like a dust spot. Really isn't an issue and pretty much can't be seen when the screen is on but I thought I'd point it out. The CD/DVD tray is a bit wonky. The body has minor cosmetic blemishes like light scuffs and scratches. See last four detailed photos. Shipping Policy: I don’t ship items outside the continental US or to PO boxes. Item will be shipped by ground because it contains a lithium battery. I ship my items within one business day of payment but I live in a remote area with a satellite post office that does not have automation so tracking may not be visible until the day after I post it. Return and Cancellation Policy: This item is being sold as-is. I do not sell to package forwarding services or any other entities that are not the actual buyer or end user of the item. If I suspect that the buyer is a third party or the address appears suspicious, I will cancel the order and refund the purchase price. I reserve the right to cancel orders from buyers that have not been eBay members for at least a year, have no or extremely low feedback, non-US buyers, or have unverified PayPal addresses/payment methods.
