She is also holding a torch above her head in her left hand and a broken chain signifying freedom in her right hand. The card has a gold background with nice borders, square corners and bright colors. A very slight bend in the lower left corner. See scans for details. The back is plain with four glue marks on the corners. A barely visible caption on the bottom reads AMERICA. Tennessee requires 7% sales tax.
