Love's Bakery sadly closed in 2021 after 170 years in business A condition so good with colors so bright for its age, that it would have been impossible had this can been stored anywhere else than this bone-dry NYC apartment. This 1927 rarity once contained LOVE'S REAL HAWAIIAN FRUIT CAKE from Love's Biscuit and Bread Co, LTD. 1927. It is 7 1/2" wide and 2 3/4" deep. This tin is in remarkably good condition considering it is 97 years old! Found a tiny dent, highlighted in last picture. Feast your eyes!
