It is stain, chip and crack free and from a smoke and bug free home. There a couple of light scuffs on the outside of the basket. Measures 12" x 8.5" x 4". Comes with a liner, protector and tie on. Please review all pictures thoroughly. Any defects that were noticed will be put in the pictures as long as the defect shows up in the photo.
