This is an original pattern, not a copy. Some of the pattern pieces have been cut and used, This envelope is torn and somewhat brittle with age, but the pattern pieces have been checked and are in good reusable condition. Style/Pattern Description: Butterick 7521; ca. 1955; Teen Age Long Line Dress. Pert dress with a sleek, longer bodice curving to a V front and back, skirt flaring out below. (A) Below-elbow sleeves. (B) Short sleeved version with contrast collar and cuffs. Sizes: Teen sizes 10 to 16. Further measurement details on back of pattern envelope shown in photo. Suggested Fabric Type: Taffeta, Faille, Shantung, Crepe, Lightweight Wools, Rayon Flannel, Cotton Broadcloth, Chambray, Linen, Pique. Notions: View B, 3/8 Yard 25” Interfacing. Tissues were taken out of the package to be counted and refolded. Tissues and instructions are in excellent usable condition but does show yellowing due to age-this is an original pattern from 1955.
