Description: Offering a vintage - maybe antique - primitive rag sock doll with a hand embroidered face made a long time ago with old socks by the loving hands of a mother for their child. I found it in a box I bought at an estate auction. She is approx. 14.5" tall. In fairly very good shape - see pictures for condition. To me she is a piece of art. I am not sure what she was stuffed with, but I would guess cloth from worn out items. It feels like that to me. It does not smell of smoke or moth balls - thank goodness! There is not a bad odor at all but every nose is different and there is a slight old odor, but you can tell it came from a clean home. I do own cats so she may have some hairs on her but I am keeping her away from them as best as I can.
