Description: My wife's grandfather was a chef for the V.A. in Westwood, Ca. after WW1. This was his knife. I would say that less than 20% of the blade has been sharpened away. The wood handle is in perfect condition. I sharpened it and it s razor sharp. This is a case where "They don't make them like they used to" is 100% true.
