Description: This is by award-winning, Dancing with the Stars, designer Randall and is a one-of-a-kind gown. The amount of rhinestones and feather trim on this piece is truly jaw-dropping. There is a built in panty and will fit a 32" bust (maybe a smaller 34"), there is stretch in the waist and can fit 25-30", open hips. There are a few small spots on the front but I have not tried to launder, they will probably come out easy but do not take away from the wearability either way. The sparkle on this is blinding!
