There are no chips or cracks on the cast iron and it has not been refinished. The pan sits flat on flat top surfaces and there is no wobbling whatsoever when applying downward pressure on both spouts at the same time. There is a slight space on the outer interior edges of the heat ring where 2 pieces of paper can be inserted underneath a ruler with some resistance. On the interior Griswold circle, only 1 piece of paper can be inserted underneath a ruler. I am unaware if this was a purposeful design or not. There is no apparent deterioration of the logo, letters and numbers, making it very difficult (but not impossible) to find this cast iron pan.
