It folds up for easy storage and portability. When opened, the dollhouse features four rooms with built-in celluloid? Plastic furniture. It measures approximately 16” H x 13” W x 9” D when open and approximately 13” H x 8” W x 9” D when closed. Condition: Used played with condition. There are cracks and tears in the outer vinyl case and the hard celluloid plastic furniture. The flooring is lifting. The metal base for the plastic carry handle and metal latch show oxidation.
