Description: Cameo is hand carved in layers with a beautiful brown top color. Oval setting has a lovely detail that compliments the golden highlights in the carved mother of pearl cameo. Setting looks handmade. Lovely loop bail. The back is open, and you can see the pure white MOP. This is an older piece and possibly Victorian antique or a revival piece from the art deco era.
